SLIPPERY ELM SMOOTHIE
Serves 2

Soothes your insides and help repair the mucous membranes of your gut.
Ingredients:
2 Cups of Oat Milk
1 Ripe Banana
1 Tbsp Slippery Elm Powder
1 Tbsp of Flaxseed Oil
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients together and enjoy.
